Speak Your Faith
Prov 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
The Bible establishes the steps of believing first, then speaking into existence the thing that we believe. Even Salvation; we believe first then we confess or speak. Notice
Romans 10:8-10, “But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
The Word is near you, it is in your heart, and in your mouth! You must, “confess with the mouth!” Notice, it is not enough to just think with our minds. We MUST “confess WITH THE MOUTH!” God followed this method, He spoke, and it came to pass! We speak His Word, and it comes to pass!
2Cor 4:13 makes this clear as well, “We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak.” We believe, therefore we speak! Once you believe, you must speak your faith to receive God’s blessings.
Prayer Focus: Father, I confess those things that be not as though they were, knowing it will come to pass.
Verse of the Day: Mark 11:22-24 – “And Jesus answering saith unto them, ‘Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”
Living the Word Today: Believe God’s Word. Speak your faith. Watch “it” come to pass.
