We are to pray without ceasing 1 Thess 5:17 – Pray without ceasing. Luke 18:1 – And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; We should seek the face of God – purpose to know God Dan 11:32 – “…the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits…” Many seek the hand (provisions) of God, but we should seek the face and the heart of God. Ps 103:7 We must repent for the sins of our nation Luke 13:3 – I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Prov 14:34 – Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. God will hear the prayer of His people Ex 3:7 – And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of my people which are in Egypt, and have heard their cry by reason of their taskmasters; for I know their sorrows; Prayer Focus: Forgive us Father for the sins of our land. Verse of the Day: Ps 106:47 – Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph in thy praise.
