He Who has Begun a Good Work in You
Phil 1:6 – Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
God has begun a good work in you. The Lord is the one that is keeping you. He is able to do more than we can ask or think.
“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” (Eph 3:20)
“For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe”(1Thes 2:13).
Why are you carrying the stress around? Keep your trust in the Living God! Don’t give up! Wait until your change comes! The Lord is the One keeping you! “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy” (Jude 1:24). Your change is coming. Your breakthrough is on its way. Give God the glory and the praise for it now!
God is not finished with you. Your best is yet to come. He has a plan for your life.
Prayer Focus: Lord, I thank you for beginning a good work in me. I purpose to trust in you and give you the praise in the midst of it!
